RETOUCHED IMAGES SHALL BE PROVIDED 5-10 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE SELECTED UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON(RETOUCHING PROCESS MAY BE EXPEDITED FOR THE FEE OF $25 -$50 PER IMAGE DEPENDING ON DESIRED TURNAROUND TIME).

ALL HAIR AND MAKEUP MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO THE PHOTO-SHOOT UNLESS ADDITIONAL TIME IS BOOKED FOR APPLICATION.

MAKEUP ARTISTS / HAIRSTYLISTS ARE WELCOMED ON SET FOR TOUCH UPS.

GUESTS ARE WELCOME DURING STUDIO SESSION AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE SHOOT.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER OWNS THE COPYRIGHT AND CAN USE IT FOR ANY EDITORIAL USE WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE PERSON IN THE PICTURE. UNLESS SIGNED OTHERWISE BY CLIENT.

RESCHEDULING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR SESSION WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF JSMART PHOTOGRAPHY AND AVAILABILITY; SESSIONS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF INITIAL NOTICE.

YOUR SESSION BEGINS AT THE TIME BOOKED; ADDITIONAL TIME DUE TO TARDINESS WILL BE ASSESSED IN 15 MINUTE INCREMENTS($35). IF THERE IS A SESSION DIRECTLY AFTER YOURS, THERE WILL NOT BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXTEND YOUR SESSION.

ALL CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISCUSSING THEIR DESIRED LOOK WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHER PRIOR TO THE SHOOT. FAILURE TO DO SO IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER AND WILL REFLECT IN YOUR IMAGES.

NO NUDE/SEMI-NUDE/LINGERIE

Please make sure to add a detailed message of your theme into the "Add your message" section after booking. I will not be shooting anything revealing. That includes (nude, semi nude or lingerie). So please respect my decision on how I will be conducting my business. I’m looking to change the style of my shooting and if you choose to book and still try one of those looks, you will be asked to improvise or choose a different look.

Every 15 minutes attracts a $35 lateness fee Extra hour costs $100

Extra edits starts from $25 up per image

Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on site.

There are NO REFUNDS on completed shoots.

There is a non-refundable deposit due for all services to secure your date and time, you also have the option to pay in full.

For any shoot at a location of your choice ,travel fees will be assessed, please note this when booking so that you can be contacted to make arrangements and discuss pricing.

TRAVEL FEES WILL BE APPLIED BASED ON THE MILEAGE OF LOCATION.
